Gold Package: Online Coaching & Nutrition Programme - £120p/m (£4 per day)

Working together, we will set realistic goals and find the best route to achieve them.

Individually designed for you, each training session will be planned down to the last rep.   

After a full dietary assessment your nutrition plan will be designed around your lifestyle:  unrestrictive and flexible.  I will help you take control of your diet, rather than letting your diet control you.

Progress will be closely monitored and support offered at every hurdle along the way. Accountability in a training & nutrition programme is essential and this provides exactly that!

Nutrition

  • Full Dietary Analysis

  • Warm-up and mobility work tailored for you - designed after initial online assessment
